My Journey with LotusOcean: Timeless Vedic Knowledge in Modern Life

 Nearly a decade ago, my mother came to me and said,

“Ankeeta, you should watch this video. It’s about Vedic knowledge. The speaker is sharing very intelligent insights in English — I think you’ll find it interesting.”

And interested I was.

Since around the age of fifteen, I have always been drawn to sources of knowledge that enhance wellbeing and character, and offer practical ways to improve the quality of life. So I watched the video she recommended — Prashant Trivedi – Timeless Vedic Knowledge.

In that video, Guru Prashant Trivedi (also known as PT) of LotusOcean spoke about ancient Vedic knowledge applied in a modern context. He explained how to live successfully and peacefully by aligning with Nature. He revealed the deeper meanings behind ancient symbols like the conch and the golden ratio, and explained concepts such as fractality and why deities are depicted in specific ways.

What struck me most was the clarity. Nowhere else had I encountered such grounded, factual, and easy-to-understand answers to life’s many “whys.”

That video marked the beginning of my journey with Prashant Trivedi and LotusOcean.

As I continued listening to LotusOcean podcasts and teachings, I began implementing the practical guidance — meditation, grounding, and adopting a more natural, Vedic way of living in my daily life.

One practice in particular stood out: Centering Meditation.

Despite trying various breathwork and health-improvement methods in the past, this was the only technique that truly worked for me. I took to it like a fish to water and began noticing benefits quickly.

For instance, I had suffered from a persistent morning cold since childhood. Through regular Centering Meditation, that condition resolved — something for which I remain deeply grateful. My posture improved, reducing back discomfort. I felt calmer, more grounded, steadier, and significantly less anxious. Mentally, I became clearer and more coherent in communication. Emotionally, I experienced fewer mood swings and greater stability.

The groundedness cultivated through LotusOcean teachings has helped me approach life’s challenges with greater grace and calm. Improved wellbeing has naturally led to better decisions and fewer unnecessary complications.

A profound teaching from LotusOcean is the understanding of Nature as a living entity, just as the ancients perceived it. I learned what it truly means to connect with Nature — practically — by placing attention on it and consciously expressing gratitude and praise for its qualities.

This simple shift increased my internal positivity and removed feelings of disconnection. Connecting with Nature in this way is accessible — it does not require great effort or money. Often, the most effective techniques are the simplest, and LotusOcean’s teachings beautifully reflect this truth.

This evolution is reflected in easier navigation of life, improved physical and emotional health, clearer decision-making, and greater stability. I have also learned the profound importance of gratitude — that expressing it consciously is essential for wellbeing.
